Suki had grown up hearing various folktales on Kyoshi Island, the most prominent of which involved stories of the mighty Kyoshi herself.
Not all of them did, though. Some of the stories…were downright romantic.

And about 4 weeks until Suki Appreciation Day! But we all know that it’s Suki Appreciation MONTH!
Let’s all show Suki and Sukka some love this month!

Wow! That was a surprising amount of ideas for prompts. So much so, that I decided to make the poll now! I didn’t want to completely overwhelm people with too many prompts to pick from.
So, here is the poll. Please vote for your top 7 choices. You can vote for 8, just in case you’re kinda stuck on two. The top seven will be what we use for Sukka Week.
Please note, if I did this right, you can only vote once. And the poll will be open for awhile, until the 20th, so you have time to vote.

Remember the date you guys! After the week is over, we can vote if we want to keep it in September or have it in March. But we can worry about that AFTER.

A lot of people want it to be in September because the date is closer, which I want too, but I also think March is perfect because it’s when they first met, and when Suki said her famous line, “I’m a warrior, but I’m a girl too.”
So, what if we had like a “test run” during September 15th-21st? Get people to know about Sukka week, and then have the official one March 4th-10th?

I think if most people want it to be September then it should be September. I still think September is significant because Suki was only supposed to be a one time character before that episode. Her coming back in TSP kind of paved the way for Sukka in canon.

Please, I reeeeeeallly want this to happen. I’ve tried to instigate Sukka week in the past but it never got more than 2 submissions. ;^; Maybe now with tumblr it can actually happen??
